Industrijska ulica 2, 52341 \u017dminj<\/p><p><strong>Project objective and brief description of activities:<\/strong><\/p><p>By addressing the key issue of insufficient integration of business processes and outdated ICT solutions, Anilox will ensure the creation of new jobs, optimisation of operations, and an increase in its market competitiveness in the region. The main outcomes of the project include increased business revenues, labour productivity, and final product quality, expansion of production capacity, reduction of preparation and production costs, as well as decreased energy consumption. Anilox will lay the groundwork for innovation development and capacity expansion, thereby strengthening its position in the market.<\/p><p><strong>The following project activities are planned:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Project management \u2013 ensures the successful and timely implementation of the project<\/li><li>Preparation of tender documentation and implementation of procurement procedures \u2013 necessary for achieving the planned project outcomes.<\/li><li>Installation and setup of equipment and systems \u2013 includes the implementation of hardware and software solutions<\/li><li>Employee training for work with new systems \u2013 this activity represents one of the essential intangible prerequisites to ensure full functionality and readiness of staff to operate the new systems<\/li><li>Promotion of the company and ensuring project visibility \u2013 goal of this activity is informing target groups, end users, and the general public about the objectives and outcomes of the project.
